1. Membership & Term
Two Dudes Painting Company (“Company”) offers this membership (the “Program”) to enrolled clients (“Member”) for a Monthly Fee of $50.00, billed automatically each month. Enrollment commits you to an initial twelve (12) month term (“Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, the Agreement automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless cancelled per Section 3, with at least 30 days’ notice of renewal or any fee change sent by email.
2. Early Cancellation
If you cancel before the end of the Initial Term or any renewal term, you remain responsible for paying all remaining Monthly Fees for the rest of that term (the “Early Cancellation Balance”). Company may charge this balance in full at cancellation or continue billing it monthly until paid. Membership benefits end on the cancellation date either way. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
3. How to Cancel
Send written cancellation notice to DudesForLife@twodudes.com or submit cancelation request. Cancellation is effective on the date received, or a later date you specify. To avoid renewing into a new 12-month term, notice must be received at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. Exceptions
Company will waive the Early Cancellation Balance if:
- Medical/hardship: documented serious illness, injury, disability, death, or relocation 50+ miles away makes continued use impracticable (documentation required); or
- Company’s failure: Company materially fails to deliver promised services and doesn’t cure within 15 days of written notice.
Waiver requests require supporting documentation and are reviewed within 10 business days; waivers apply only to future payments, not fees already paid.
5. Suspension & Termination by Company
Company may suspend or terminate membership immediately for non-payment or violation of this Agreement; the Early Cancellation Balance remains owed except where Section 4’s Company-failure exception applies.
