At Two Dudes Painting Co., we always look for ways to improve our business and provide better customer service. We are proud to announce two new additions to our team, Dr. Heather Mitterer and Maria De Jesus. With years of experience in management, human resources, psychology, development, leadership and community engagement, these two amazing women will greatly add to the Two Dudes family. Read on to learn more about their backgrounds and why we are so excited to have them!

Dr. Heather Mitterer joins us as the Head of Learning and Development at our Lancaster office. She has an impressive background in psychology, leadership, development and community engagement – earning her the SHRM Foundation’s 2022 Mentor of the Year Award! We know that Heather will be an excellent asset to the team here at Two Dudes, helping us continue to develop our staff’s skills and knowledge base.

Maria De Jesus joins us as the People Operations Manager at Two Dudes HQ. She is a proud Army Veteran (thank you for your service, Maria!) and brings with her years of experience in management, human resources and she is bilingual (Spanish and English), which will allow us to better serve all of our customers! Maria’s expertise will help ensure that all current employees have the necessary tools to succeed while also helping us expand into new markets easily.

Both positions are based out of our Lancaster office at 750 Poplar Street — so if you’re ever in the SOWE neighborhood, stop by for a visit!
